Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, Bluetooth speaker, bathrobe, hair dryer and shower amenities. You will also find a workspace with a floating desk and chair in all the king bedrooms. The lower level is the place for you to indulge in the incredible chef’s creations at either the exquisite marble island that seats 8 or the uniquely extravagant custom wood dining table that seats 16. We also have 2 sofa lounging areas where you can enjoy some TV or lounge on the sofa in front of the infinity pool and the Caribbean. Step out onto the expansive terrace and revel in the serenity of the ocean breeze as you relax in the luxurious outdoor living spaces. Take a dip in the sparkling infinity pool or soak up the sun in the spa-style chaise loungers while admiring the stunning panoramic views. We also have a beautiful Mexican palapa dining area in front of the ocean to enjoy meals alfresco. With sophisticated high-speed internet, a mesh system and 11 routers strategically placed throughout the villa you will never have to disconnect, even though we suggest you do! Don’t forget to play your favourite tunes on our SONOS state-of-the-art WIFI-based speaker system. With music throughout the entire villa, you will find 4 SONOS Systems: 1st-floor living room, 2nd-floor TV lounge, Pool deck, and Rooftop.

The second level sports the private gym complete with top-of-the-line equipment, a TV for entertainment and air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your exercise routine. The gym includes a range of weights to select from and a workout bench, chin-up bar, treadmill, rowing machine and exercise bike. Step out of the gym to the fun game room where you can play foosball, ping pong, cards or play one of the board games. If you just want to be close to the action and relax you can sit on the game room sofa or the adjacent TV room sofa.

the rooftop boasts the most incredible views where you can sip your soothing tropical drink at the rooftop swing bar. Have the professional staff mix up one of their refreshing and delicious cocktails while enjoying the game on the 65″ TV. That’s not all, our rooftop area has many areas to enjoy including 4 hammocks, lounge chairs and our comfortable rustic weaved dome bed. Then when it’s time to cool off you can take a dip in the rooftop jacuzzi/plunge pool.

Villa Tulumar was also built with ADA-compliant standards for the first floor. We have an entrance ramp to the home and everything is single-level and wheelchair accessible all the way to the palapa dining on the beach. We provide a roll-in shower chair and raised toilet with grab bars.

Villa TuluMar is also self-sustaining. We collect our rainwater and have a well with a reverse osmosis desalination plant for purified drinking water, biodigester, Solar Panels with batteries, and an electric generator plant. We also maintain 2 Internet ISPs with cellular data backup. We have done everything possible to ensure you always have water, power, a/c, and internet.

PLEASE NOTE: Tulum is booming. Like most of Tulum, there is an active construction nearby that is scheduled to be completed in February 2024. There is a 10-foot privacy wall. The building is in the interior phase of construction (plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc) and all the concrete has been poured. The heavy machinery phase of construction is completed. Noise cannot be heard inside the Villa due to hurricane-grade windows and concrete walls, but there is some hand tool noise outside from 9 am-5 pm during the work week.
