• A Security deposit of $1,500 USD may apply.
• Maximum guests: 18 adults + 4 children under 5 years old.
• Rates are based on double occupancy.
• The villas can accommodate additional guests with the required fee of $35 + 21% tax per day.
• No smoking indoors.
• Children welcome.
• Dogs welcome: dogs are allowed on property depending on breed/size and preauthorization must be obtained by reservation team in advance, along with the pet fee of $250 USD + 16% tax paid upon arrival. Dogs are not allowed on furniture without large towel or a sheet under the pet at all times.
• Only Registered villa guests allowed in the villa/[property unless authorization has been given for visitors during the day and ID provided to Security.
• No outside vendors are allowed to provide any services at the villa.
• A customary tip of 5% of the total standard/base rental rate are to be given to Guest Services upon checkout (tips are pooled and divided amongst grounds staff).
• Please note that parking spaces are guaranteed for 1 vehicle per villa. Additional parking spaces may be possible but not guaranteed.
