Casa Nikki is a charming privately owned five Bedrooms and five Bathrooms Villa, located in the exclusive gated community of Playacar phase 1, in the heart of the famous Mexican’s Riviera Maya. You and your group will immediately feel at home in this comfortable, spacious yet luxurious private beach villa. Built over three levels, this magnificent Mexican-style villa offers you four king and one queen-sized beds, with five bathrooms, where up to 10 guests can be accommodated. The estate is also completed with two pools, one at the entrance level near the beach and a plunge pool on the rooftop to sit and watch the sparkling ocean or catch the sunset!

At just a few steps away you can revitalize your senses in the crystal-clear turquoise ocean, and the finest white sands of the Mexican Caribbean Sea. A short 10-minute walk will take you downtown Playa Del Carmen, which is one Mexico’s trendiest beach towns comprised of international restaurants, thumping bars, beach clubs & chic boutiques. It is also an ideal base to explore the rest of the Riviera Maya such as a day-trip to Tulum or to Cancun!
