Perched on the beach in Conchas Chinas, the most elite residential section of Puerto Vallarta, this private luxury villa is walking distance to the Puerto Vallarta shops, restaurants, and night life, and is only 21 minutes from the airport, no rental car needed. Most rental homes of this size are "a house" on a lot. Villa Verano is a 17 000 square foot estate on an acre and a half of a beachfront private paradise, at the same rate as a comparable hotel. Commands spectacular views of Puerto Vallarta, Los Muertos Beach, and the tranquil Bay of Banderas.

The private beach, bar and patio reserved are expressly for guests of the four Villas at Verano. Here, the staff prepare and serve breakfast and lunch every day. Should you wish to arrange a private dinner on the beach, we’re here for you. Strolling mariachis? It’s our pleasure. Even fireworks. We love to help our guests celebrate life’s most magical moments.
Once here, you can lounge on the gated beach club sands or take the private stairs to the public beach and gentle surf. Kayaks, lounge chairs and umbrellas are available on the public beach, and our staff is always on call to deliver a drink or beachside snack.

By special arrangement, Villa Verano has been made available to select qualified groups. The villa is a privately owned estate and is not open to the general public. Because the Villa accommodates only one group at a time, there is a six-bedroom minimum May through October and a seven-bedroom minimum November through April. Student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups, or the like are not accepted.

Happiness by Design!
The property was GORGEOUS, with an outdoor / indoor feel throughout the estate. We had access to all 4 villas that are part of the Verano Estate and it was just enough space for our team of 27 people. Some rooms are a bit better than others, but overall folks were satisfied with their rooms. There are a lot of stairs throughout the property that connect each villa, so as long as you're able to walk these stairs you will be able to move freely throughout the property. The staff at the Villa were FANTASTIC! They knew our itinerary well, were friendly and attentive, anticipated our needs and met all our requests from special meals, dietary accommodations, schedule changes, etc. They reduced my stress as the coordinator as they were always available to help.
