Villa Alegre is a 3-bedroom bungalow with an uninterrupted view of the entire beach all the way to the Malecon from the top floor. Boasting a large gourmet kitchen and a patio with BBQ amenities, it’s well equipped for entertaining. The top level is home to a common area for lounging, while a spiral staircase leads to the second floor with a primary bedroom and private soaking pool. The lower level is home to two additional bedrooms, making the layout perfect for a family vacation or multi-couple getaway.

The private beach, bar and patio reserved are expressly for guests of the four Villas at Verano. Here, the staff prepare and serve breakfast and lunch every day. Should you wish to arrange a private dinner on the beach, we’re here for you. Strolling mariachis? It’s our pleasure. Even fireworks. We love to help our guests celebrate life’s most magical moments.

Once here, you can lounge on the gated beach club sands or take the private stairs to the public beach and gentle surf. Kayaks, lounge chairs and umbrellas are available on the public beach, and our staff is always on call to deliver a drink or beachside snack.
