Mere steps from the sand and water, West Enclave 4 was designed for a truly upscale, beachfront experience in the exclusive Puerto Los Cabos community of Los Cabos. The desert contemporary style home almost becomes part of the natural landscape itself, as it incorporates the same hues of its surroundings, while also elevating guests to an entirely new level of luxury. The five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home can accommodate up to 11 guests, as it sits right on the beachfront, but also manages to deliver an almost private experience in one of the region's most celebrated master-planned communities.

The rolling blue waves of the Sea of Cortez are the focal point of the outdoor space, as the waterfront beckons visitors to the soft sand and virtually endless views. Eight deck loungers sit alongside a heated swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, as guests have the option of soaking up the full afternoon sun or relaxing under full shade within the expansive deck. The space adds a gas grill, an outdoor wet bar with counter seating, and an outdoor table for al fresco dining. The space also includes an outdoor stereo system, and extends with a full outdoor living room, including comfortable seating. As well, you'll find a fire pit with additional seating almost right on the sand. It's almost impossible to distinguish the indoor space from the outdoor space, as the home transitions seamlessly from room to room, continuously blending outdoor living space with indoor space as you move from the outdoor terrace to the living room, to the interior courtyard.

The home's main living room is graciously tucked away between massive glass doors on either side, leading in one direction to the rolling waves, and the other direction to a serene, almost Zen-like courtyard with additional seating and a fire feature. Even some of the five private bedrooms open to outdoor space, as guests wake up to the peacefulness of rolling waves and the nearby beachfront. The spa-like baths bring in the luxury of large soaking tubs and outdoor showers, as once again, the home effortlessly incorporates indoor/outdoor space into one. The home additionally adds in gourmet kitchen with a wine fridge, plus a main living room and an indoor dining table with space for ten.
