The outside space of the one-level home is framed by towering palm trees, allowing guests to gaze through lush foliage at the vast and natural beauty of the waterfront beyond. The property is protected by well positioned landscaping that adds a sense of privacy without sacrificing views. Multiple deck loungers line the heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, with an expansive pool deck flanked by two thatched palapas, each of which towers over an outside dining table and chairs. The largest includes a relaxing hammock, providing space for guests to gently sway in the ocean breeze, fully shaded from the sun's rays. Nearby, an outdoor wet bar provides counter seating, and space for a gas grill. Three large sliding glass doors lead inside, one of which directly opens to a cozy combined living and dining space with a flat-screen television, comfortable sofas, and a dining table for six.

Two more sliding glass doors lead from the pool deck to private bedrooms, allowing guests to wake up to the luxury of direct water views. Each bedroom in the home comes with its own ensuite bath, plus the comfort of in-room a/c. The upscale home additionally features a gourmet kitchen with professional appliances, including an espresso machine. Neutral hues and rich woodwork are carried throughout the home, complemented by pops of color from home decor and artwork.
