Villa Eden and the newly built Villa Sara are a side-by-side oceanfront retreat that is by far the most luxurious private oasis on the island of Cozumel. You can see the reviews on the individual pages of each villa. The villas serve as a perfect getaway for a gathering of friends, family or even a yoga retreat. There are two large decks on the oceanfront with easy access to the crystal blue Caribbean water a dive boat can pick you up right at the villas ocean in addition there are also two large pools one 50 feet infinity both surrounded by luxurious outdoor furniture from Bali. Upon entering the gate you will be greeted by a huge front garden including palm and mature trees villa Eden will be on the left and Sara will be on the right, while your sleeping arrangements are in two separate villas your backyard garden pools and decks can be open to serve as one common space for both villas for all to experience. Both villas can be rented separately as well and are extremely popular so please should you find your date book early, the dates might not last for both.

Together there are spacious 10 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms. Nine king beds in nine rooms and two queen beds in one room. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. We offer cooking at an additional price, luxury boat ride, housekeeping is included daily with the price.

From the moment you enter through the gated property, you are greeted by the front gardens of Villa Sara with palm trees and Island greenery with your housekeeper who will be there to welcome you upon your arrival. As you walk through the house to the back of the property, you will be wowed by a 50-foot infinity pool with lounge chairs and an indoor-outdoor wooden deck facing the lagoon-like Caribbean Sea. Sip drinks by the serenity of the ocean as you watch the boats go by and enjoy a front-row seat to sunset. Access to the ultra-private water is calm and the crystal blue water upon entry is only four feet deep, making snorkeling and swimming a pleasure. If diving is your wish, you can easily be picked up by your dive boat straight from the property.

The Villa itself is very spacious, with five oversized bedrooms, each with a spa-like bathroom. For convenience, there is one primary on the first floor and the other on the second floor. Each room feels like a primary suite, though, as there are four king beds in four bedrooms and two queen beds in the fifth bedroom.
