The neighbourhood of Can Pep Simo, in which this newly minted Ibiza villa sits, is just a few minutes' drive from Marina Botafoch, and an eight-minute drive from Ibiza town. Here, you’re just a little further up the hillside from the Destino Pacha Resort, and the golden sands of Talamanca Beach are just a short walk away.

Villa Cielo Azul’s south-facing infinity pool affords some beautiful views across to Ibiza’s old town, as do the terrace areas alongside, and the interior living areas on this floor. Huge glass windows present vistas of endless blue skies and sparkling turquoise sea.

Pristine interiors in a cool white stretch from relaxed sofa seating, a contemporary white dining table, seating twelve, and an immaculate kitchen. Outside the formal dining area, the overhang of the upstairs terrace creates a sheltered terrace area with sofa seating that looks out over the bay.
