The spacious south-facing terrace features an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool with a large oak dining table seating 12 people, as well as a barbecue, SONOS outdoor speaker system, day beds, sun loungers, and access to the beautiful gardens.

For your entertainment here at Vista De Muntanya, there is table tennis, and football goals, and just a short stroll over the hill within the property's generous grounds you can enjoy sunset views of Cala Tarida and Cala Moli.

The main house comprises a fully equipped modern kitchen including two large Bosch fridge freezers, a SMEG oven, and Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge area features an open fireplace for the colder months, views of the mountains, a BOSE home cinema system, and Apple TV and Netflix.

Five out of the six en-suite bedrooms are located in the main house, while the sixth is in a separate modern guest house complete with its own living room, Smart TV, SONOS, open fireplace, and a private terrace, which is excellent for guests seeking privacy or older children.

The villa is a few minutes' drive from many of the island's best beaches including Cala Moli and Cala Tarida, it is also conveniently located to local amenities.
