Behind the partition with the TV, is a modern kitchen, fully equipped with modern equipment. The utility room has an extra fridge/freezer combo and a wine/champagne cooler. Also here are the washer and dryer. The dining area has an extra-large dining table with ten seats. From the kitchen, you reach the covered terrace with a dining table, with 14 seats.
