OVERVIEW

This is a beautiful, fully renovated four bedroom villa, designed to the highest standards with luxury features and stylish decoration throughout. On the ground floor, there is an open plan area that includes a modern kitchen, dining/living area as well as three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the right hand side there are two more bedrooms, both with their own ensuite bathrooms with walk in shower. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, which can of course be put together if desired for a double. The other room is set as a single but can also be made into a twin on request.

The dining, living room, corridor and master bedroom all provide direct access to the outside lounge and pool area; get ready for wonderful views, sunshine all afternoon and evening, a large swimming pool with option to heat, grass pitch and outside lounge and dining area.

The swimming pool has a wooden decking with various sun loungers and incorporated palm trees. Adjacent to it is a pretty gazebo area with curtains and two more sun loungers. It is the best place for those that want to lie by the pool, yet escape the sunshine for a moment. The pool has the option to choose the colour of lighting. This makes it a wonderful place to sit in the warm summer evenings with a good dinner or drink. On the grass pitch there is a built-in coal BBQ. Furthermore there is also a high class gas BBQ by the dining area.

On the lower ground floor, one will find the fourth spacious bedroom, beautifully decorated with double bed, which, as well has its own ensuite with shower.

The location of the villa is perfect; In the heart of Marbella’s most popular Nueva Andalucia area, making it ideal for those who enjoy golf plus the comforts and luxury of Puerto Banus and Marbella. The area of Nueva Andalucia features some of the town’s best restaurants, pool clubs, bars, nightlife, golf clubs and a choice of supermarkets. In just a few minutes’ drive one can be in Puerto Banus, Marbella old town, San Pedro or simply on the beach.
