The location of the villa is perfect for those who wish to have the peace and quiet of being away from busy tourist spots yet have the local amenities within easy reach.  The attractions of Vilamoura are a short drive away and there are a few restaurants within easy walking distance as well as bars and even a local supermarket.

Outside the contemporary architecture of the villa blends perfectly with the many pine trees and the green of the golf course. The overflow swimming pool measures approximately ten meters long by five and a half meters wide and is surrounded by a wooden deck where plenty of sun loungers await you.  Garden sofas and armchairs are also available both by the pool and on the upstairs terrace; also accessible from the outside.  The outdoor space is wonderful and ideal for relaxing in the sun while enjoying the beautiful views of the golf course and surroundings. Parking is available for several cars.
