OVERVIEW

La Perla tra gli Ulivi (The Pearl amongst the Olives) can be seen amongst the branches of centuries-old olive trees, on the beautiful Etruscan Coast, just 10 minutes by bike from the golden beaches of the district of Rimigliano and 1.5 km from San Vincenzo. Over 500 sq m of comfort, elegance and sophisticated simplicity, emanating light and composed of large spaces, both indoors and outdoors, it has been recently built with home automation systems and with careful attention to the environment.

The entrance to the villa is on the ground floor and invites us directly into the large living area, with a fireplace in the centre and facing directly out to the portico which overlooks the pool; to the right of the entrance door is the guest bathroom for use of the living area.
