Villa Anna is a luxury villa with a pool situated in the heart of the Plemmirio marine reserve, a few kilometers away from the historic center of Syracuse. Set in a panoramic position, the property offers enchanting sea views, which can be enjoyed in total relaxation from its beautiful pool with solarium, its equipped terraces and garden.

This contemporary-style villa, newly built in 2022, boasts spacious interiors - with a surface area of over 400 square metres - and consists of a main house and two welcoming annexes. The main villa, at the pool level, includes a living area with a large sitting room with a television, a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor, you will find a primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, a small bedroom and a bathroom. On the ground floor, independent from the rest of the house and accessed only from outside, are a living area with dining room and kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The two annexes host respectively the fifth and sixth bedrooms with patio, minibar and en-suite bathroom.

This fully air-conditioned villa is equipped with wireless internet access, safe, two dishwashers, a washer-dryer and outdoor kitchen. The exclusive swimming pool, purified with salt (without chlorine), is heated.

From the villa, which is just a few hundred meters from the cliffs and wonderful sea of the Plemmirio marine area, can be reached in a few minutes’ drive the evocative historic centre of Ortigia. In the vicinity can be visited the baroque towns of the Noto Valley, the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari, but also Catania, Mount Etna and Taormina.
