Villa ‘Casale Mignola’ has an unbelievable view in front of Cingoli with its sweet hills that change color each week. Nature surrounds the villa in the most absolute privacy with its almost 8 hectares of land where the olive grove is the master with 1200 plants of ‘mignola’ and 1000 planted with a satellite position generated from Fibonacci’s formula. Casale Mignola includes two parts, the main farmhouse and the pool home. The farmhouse has been completely rebuilt respecting the old standard of a typical Marche’s farmhouse.

Casale Mignola is a fabulous, fully restored farmhouse, located at the top of hill in Cingoli, at the heart of the historic ‘Le Marche’ region. Cingoli is one of the oldest villages in Italy. A few kilometers from this old medieval village defined ‘the balcony of the Marche’, the old Farmhouse was restored into this luxurious villa. The villa is surrounded with luscious landscapes and vineyards. The Villa consists of 2 floors. Both the upper floor where the bedrooms are located, and on the ground floor the living space have spectacular views that the guests can enjoy day and night.

Living in a noise-free farmhouse is a must, the farmhouse is located on a property of approximately 8 hectares. The sound of silence will accompany your reading of a book rather than your favorite song or simply your relaxation.

On the ground floor you will find a 50 square meters kitchen realized for the farmhouse in stainless steel 304 Italian design by “Ideal Cucine” equipped with Ariston professional appliances, an Ariston combo refrigerator freezer 2mt high, two Barbecue Hot point Ariston, a dishwasher and an Ariston cooking base.

In the dining area you will find an ancient sartorial table, of 3.5mt length, coming from the North West area of Italy can accommodate 14 people. In front of the kitchen, a piece of design produced from the company “Elite To Be” can be used to cook or have breakfast in front of a faveolus view of the surrounding hills. On the centre of the stone wall recovered from the old house a suspending fireplace produced from Focus, you will find a piece of design whose design dates back to the 60s invented from Mr. Dominique Imbert and present to the Guggenheim museum in New York City.

The sleeping area has four symmetrical double bedrooms that focus on the whiteness of the interior with some touches of colour related to the presence inside each of the bathrooms of resins of different shades of colour.

The bedrooms will be an unforgettable experience, sleeping on 100-year-old bed , each bed is equipped with a special topper for the best sleeping and relaxing experience. Each bathroom is equipped with linen, towels, towel for shower , during winter and spring the bathroom is equipped with a bathrobe too to use in the heated pool outside the farmhouse.

The property is completed in terms of hospitality, with an outbuilding, “dependence”, that takes advantage of the same renovation fees in which another couple can be accommodated.
In order to make the house usable even on spring and autumn days a bioclimatic pergola with a heated pool equipped inside with hydromassage allow you to admire the surrounding landscape in an intimate and welcoming environment.
