Villa Mavi is a beautiful, newly built villa located on the coast in Aleomandra; it boasts grand open plan living areas set within a 4,000m2 plot that overlooks the Aegean Sea, with olive trees and many other Mediterranean plants.
The modern 350m2 interior is beautifully decorated, while the vast outdoor area features a huge, resort-style “Beach Entry” pool (25m x 17m), barbecue, Jacuzzi, several dining areas, a pool bar and lounge, and a choice of sitting areas where guests may relax on a warm summer's day before enjoying the magnificent sunset. The property also features a private gym and massage room for those looking to briefly up the tempo.
The main house hosts an open plan fully equipped kitchen, the main living room, a guest WC (ground floor) and three en-suite bedrooms which open to private balconies (first floor). A guest house with an independent entrance is located near the main house at the ground level of the property.
The gym, the massage room and the second guest house with independent access and kitchenette are located in the lower garden area.
