This stylish villa retreat in the middle of unspoilt nature spreads over four levels on more than 350 m² of living space. Villa Olynta has a spacious courtyard with a panoramic heated swimming pool (35m²) with a pool teak deck, overlooking the dazzling, out-of-this-world bay and the villa's own mooring and beach below. The entire pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower, deck chairs, sun umbrellas and sitting furniture. Villa Olynta with annex apartment has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and two separate toilets, spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and is suitable for comfortable accommodation of 11 persons.

The villa is tastefully decorated and fully furnished with any necessary amenities. The ground floor includes a beautiful, fully equipped and modern kitchen with all appliances and a dining area with a modern dining table. Here is also a remarkable wine bar which will allow you to taste the fantastic local wines of this area while enjoying Dalmatian cuisine. The elegant, spacious and dazzling living area with a fireplace is furnished with great attention. Erasing the interior and exterior border, the large wooden doors merge the living room with the al fresco dining and lounge terrace from where to reach the pool area. On this same level, there is an apartment connected with the main house via the ground floor terrace which consists of a living area, kitchenette and two double bedrooms with shared bathrooms.

The first floor is connected with the ground floor by a grand curved staircase where you will find two elegant and tastefully furnished and decorated bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a primary bedroom with a private balcony and an amazing sea view.

To reach the second floor, stairs lead upstairs to an open living/lounge with a sofa from where you enter into two more double bedrooms with shared bathrooms and a terrace.
