Between the olive trees, several paths lead further down to the tennis court and a nearby children's playground and beautiful sea. Their private beach club is at the south end of the property. The pebble bay with a beach bar, loungers, parasols and water toys promises lots of fun with your favourite people. There is berth for 2 boats right next to the bay.

The villa itself has 5 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms - including a spacious primary bedroom with a fireplace – and can accommodate a total of 10 people.

The flat construction, the patio column and the fence - in the midst of the impressive natural landscape - give the feeling of a ranch house by the sea. You enter the house in the spacious, central atrium living room with seating and play areas - comfortable sofas and pool table - with access to all other rooms. The dining room has a large dining table and an open kitchen bar - double doors open to the terrace with an outdoor dining area with a grill fireplace. Behind the kitchen bar is a professional kitchen, where if you like chef can prepare delicious dishes. All 5 bedrooms have entrances to terraces where you can enjoy the fresh air and stunning views.
