Luxury Villa Marinero is an exceptional seaside villa, built on two independent and one connected floor, located on the sunny island Korcula. The colour scheme of blues, white, and orange/gold as natural colours, reminiscent of the beach; the nautical theme adopted throughout the villa complements it very appropriately.

Luxury Villa Marinero is an ideal location found in the embrace of the picturesque and peaceful village of Zrnovska Banja. The villa is just a few steps from the sea, where it has a private area of the beach with a sun deck and mooring dock. From the center of Zrovska Banja, it is 2km; while the world-famous city of Marco Polo, the town of Korcula, is 5 km away. Zrnovska Banja is a favourite destination of windsurfers who benefit from the favourable winds in the channel between Korčula and Peljesac. The island of Korcula is known as an island of natural beauty, rich marine life, and, of course, beautiful beaches All bays and islands of this archipelago are perfect for exploring and swimming. The special beauty of this island is the superb cuisine that it provides, which is rich in fresh seafood, excellent wines, and high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

Luxury Villa Marinero is located on a property with a total area of 850 m² and the villa itself extends over three floors and one independent unit with a total area of 360 m². It also has a heated infinity swimming pool (24 m²), outdoor fireplace and private beach plateau with a sundeck. Luxury Villa Marinero has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms (one of which is a small separate apartment which can be used for staff which is equipped with a sofa bed, a private bathroom and a kitchen), 5 bathrooms, 1 toilet, gym and is suitable accommodation for 8 persons in 4 bedrooms.

As you enter the gorgeous property, a beautifully designed villa welcomes you. Here, you will experience the true Mediterranean feeling of living. Surrounded by typical beautiful Dalmatian greenery, you will feel as though you are in an oasis of peace and tranquillity. Many wonderful and memorable moments on the large terrace furnished with outdoor seating for relaxing, can be spent in peace with your loved ones.

On the ground level of Villa Marinero, there is a terrace with a heated infinity swimming pool which makes the villa an ideal choice for vacationing even outside the hot summer months. Next to the pool is a sun deck with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. If you are, however, a fan of swimming in the open water, there are private stairs leading all the way to the sea only 10 m away, just below the villa, so you can enjoy a refreshing swim down on the rocky beach or sunbathe on the concrete sun deck.

Outdoor stairs leading from the ground level take you to the ground floor of the villa where you will find a separate air-conditioned apartment featuring a kitchenette, a living area with a sofa which can be used as an extra bed for children, a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Large glass sliding doors connect the interior with covered terraces with furniture and magnificent sea views.

Taking the outdoor stairs leading up to the first floor of the villa will bring you to the main entrance of Villa Marinero. On this level, there is a spacious living room with a sofa, a dining area with a dining table and chairs, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a bathroom with laundry. Villa Marinero stands out with its breathtaking large glass sliding doors that create a fine line between the interior and the terrace and provide a carefree and charming view of the sea and onward view to the hills of the Peljesac peninsula. On this terrace, there is also a covered outdoor dining area with a table and chairs and a stone grill. The terrace area is ideal for summer entertainment, as you can enjoy the best Dalmatian specialties and create unforgettable moments with your loved ones.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the highest floor of the villa. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, work desk and TV; the guest room has a queen-size bed and a TV while the children's room features two single beds, a TV and a gallery intended for entertainment and games. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom.

For those who like to be more active – there is a gym on the property as well situated on the highest level of the property, where there is also an apartment for staff.
