This marvellous 6-bedroom villa has a modern and open interior which provides our guests with comfort, privacy and a sense of being in a small, luxurious oasis. The property itself covers 600 m², while the villa is divided into the basement, ground, first floor and high attic.

The basement of Villa Trogir Twins 1 is designed as a recreation area with a gym, sauna, an indoor swimming pool (20m²) and an entertainment room with a billiard. The ground floor consists of an elegant living room framed by large glass walls, which can also be opened as an additional exit to the outdoor terrace. There is also a dining area with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.

The first floor and high attic are designed as a sleeping area with 5 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has access to the spacious terrace with an outdoor table and chairs, a sun lounger and a breathtaking sea view.
