This luxurious five-star villa, boasting both outdoor and indoor swimming pools, is positioned just 25 meters from the exquisite sea and pebble beach in Okrug Gornji. Constructed in 2015, this elegant and contemporary villa seamlessly combines sophistication with the lavish amenities expected from a five-star accommodation. Its refined exterior conceals a beautifully appointed and functional interior, ideal for enjoying a vacation with family or friends.

Featuring six bedrooms, this magnificent villa offers a modern and spacious interior that provides guests with comfort, privacy, and a sense of being in a luxurious oasis. Spanning 600 square meters, the villa comprises a basement, ground floor, first floor, and high attic.

The 300 square meters of living space within the villa ensures comfort, spaciousness, and style in every room, including five en-suite double bedrooms, one en-suite single room, one additional bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room.
