Set on a 650 square metre property, Novela comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across its four levels - basement, ground floor, first, and second floor.

The basement of Novela is dedicated to recreation, housing a gym, sauna, and indoor Jacuzzi. The ground floor boasts an elegant and expansive living area, complete with a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The first and second floors serve as sleeping quarters, offering seven double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
