Divided into four floors, the villa offers enough space for enjoying family time together or simply appreciating the privacy of your bedroom, a balcony, or the two large living rooms the villa has. The villa features 5 bedrooms, three of which have ensuite bathrooms and it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

There is one double ensuite bedroom on the lower ground floor as well as a lovely living room with home cinema features, a billiard table, and a kitchenette with a dining area.

The ground floor comprises a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, perfect for enjoying a traditional Dalmatian meal together. You will experience a wonderful homely feel in this lavishly decorated interior. From the kitchen, you can enter the outdoor barbecue area. The beautiful terrace is only a few steps away and here you can spend your time lazing in the sun, swimming in the heated pool, or relaxing in the shade of a Jacuzzi or the cozy lounge area next to it.

The first floor features one ensuite bedroom and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All three rooms are air-conditioned and have an exit to the balcony with a lovely view of the garden and the pool.

The second floor has a spacious, king-size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a sauna, a walk-in wardrobe, and a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea and the islands in front of Split.
