This modern, brand-new villa provides luxury accommodation in five en suite bedrooms, and it's perfect for 10 guests. There is a garage on the lower ground floor available for guests. Coming up to the main ground floor of the villa, you will be welcomed with mesmerizing views and an abundance of natural light offering a relaxing vacation feel in a home away from home. This floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a living area and dining table for ten facing the sea. One double en suite bedroom with a lovely sea view and an additional toilet are also here.

On the first floor of Villa Ocean Blue III there are three more en suite bedrooms, and on the top floor is a large suite with two single beds, a large terrace with an amazing sea view, and a lounge area with sunbeds.

In front of the villa, there is a possibility of private mooring which is great if you desire to rent a boat and explore the wonderful area with secret bays and the stunning Elaphiti Islands.

The pool terrace is ideal for spending time in the sun during the entire day or enjoying the sunset over a glass of wine.
