Welcome to the seafront luxury Villa Ocean Blue I, located in the small coastal town of Slano, just 30 km away from Dubrovnik Old town and only a few steps from the azure blue Adriatic sea. Slano is a lovely town where you can enjoy water sports, rent a boat to explore the beautiful islands, and enjoy the peaceful holiday atmosphere.

Villa Ocean Blue I is truly a magical place to spend your vacation relishing the incredible view of the turquoise bay right in front of you and having complete privacy on a sunbathed terrace. It can host up to 12 guests which makes it perfect for families and friends vacationing together.

This modern, newly built holiday house spreads on 350 square meters of the interior, featuring five en-suite bedrooms, and a modern open-plan kitchen with a gorgeous colourful living and dining area from which you can step onto the sunny terrace and the infinity swimming pool. Mesmerizing views through the house and an abundance of natural light coming in make the harmonious space flow and give the much-needed sense of serenity. Outside on the terrace, you can enjoy al fresco dining or an afternoon siesta on one of the comfortable sunbeds.

One of the en-suite bedrooms is set on the ground floor, along with an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room. Through the indoor stairs, you will reach the first floor with three more luxurious en-suite bedrooms, each fully equipped and carefully decorated, and air-conditioned, with two of them featuring sea-facing terraces.

The top floor comprises a lovely suite with two single beds, a private bathroom, and a living area with a modern kitchen open to a large, private terrace with a lounge area and lovely views of the bay.

Different levels of Villa Ocean Blue I ensure enough privacy for each guest, while the ground floor open space area and the terrace provide the opportunity of getting together to relax by the pool or having a delicious meal.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, equipped, and has parking in the villa's garage.
