Situated in the beach town of Tamarindo, this spectacular property overlooks the breathtaking waters of the Pacific Ocean. As its name suggests, Sunset House is the perfect spot to take in the beautiful Guanacaste sunsets.

Delight in the villa’s indoor-outdoor tropical living plan which showcases five elegant bedrooms and an infinity pool that wraps around expansive open entertaining platforms along with breathtaking views of the ocean and the estuary. Sunset House sleeps a total of 14 guests and it is an ideal luxury retreat for families, friends and private and corporate groups.

Included in your rental are a full time maid to keep the house clean and tidy during your stay and a full time caretaker for cleaning and maintenance.
Our professional staff will be available to address any issues that may arise during your stay.

We have an excellent local chef available for preparing delicious lunches and dinners at Sunset House so you can relax and enjoy Costa Rica the way it is meant to be enjoyed! This service includes the preparation, service and clean up after. Food cost is not included, but we can organize grocery shopping for you, so you have one less thing to worry about! In case our chef is not available for your stay, we will refer you to other great options!

We have added two great amenities to Sunset House. First we installed a MistAway system that protects this property from mosquitoes & other pests. The botanical, all-natural insecticide allows you to enjoy the comforts of the outdoors without the worry of bugs. We also installed a water system to offer complimentary still and sparkling water on tab. This water is pure , tastes very good and is super ECO friendly. No more dragging cases of water from the supermarket and no more polluting plastic trash.
