Casa Sirena begins outside, where the streetfront, elevated patio provides a connection back to the ocean while maintaining privacy. A refreshing pool is set back towards the home, giving it a more secluded location. Inside, the living space and full kitchen open up to a covered alfresco dining area that overlooks the ocean.

Set along Paseo del Mar, the home perfectly embodies beachfront living. The interior showcases modern fixtures alongside a cozy, bungalow style, with wood trim, white furniture, and stainless steel appliances.

Four full bedrooms provide sleeping for up to 9 guests, one of which is a more whimsical stacked bunk bed room perfect for the kids to stay in together. The master bedroom boasts a covered terrace with Pacific Ocean views, a peaceful space to spend early mornings or evenings.

A rooftop terrace completes the space. Perched on the top of the home, the terrace is large enough to accommodate the whole family gathering for sunsets after long, fulfilling days out exploring Las Catalinas.

To ensure a care-free vacation, a dedicated Housemom will manage all of the tasks, preparing breakfast and light snacks with guests ingredients, and coordinating housekeeping while you are out enjoying sunset barbecues on Playa Danta, wine tastings in the Cava at Copper and Stone, guided mountain biking trips on the trails, or diving off the Catalina Islands.
