Bell'Mare is Italian for the beautiful sea and that will be your view from this wonderful three-bedroom, three-bath beachfront villa. The home sits overlooking Dawn beach, one of the nicest beaches on the island. Bell mare is the only home in the gated community of Dawn Beach Estates that has direct beach access and just a few steps away is the white sand of the Caribbean.
This villa was designed with vacationers in mind. The custom-built kitchen is fully supplied and has stainless steel appliances that complement the hardwood cabinetry. The furnishings are almost exclusively imported teak and mahogany from Indonesia with some rattan as well. Interesting artwork and pottery can be found in every room. All the wood in the villa, the doors, ceiling, cabinets, stairs and railings, is imported hardwood from South America.
The bedrooms were designed to be equal, so the house is perfect for multiple couples traveling together. One bedroom is on the main living level of the villa and opens out to the pool deck. The other two bedrooms are half a flight of stairs up and half a flight down, respectively. Each of these has a private terrace. All the bedrooms have king-size beds, air conditioning and large custom bathrooms featuring stone showers.
Unparalleled sea views abound from all rooms in the villa. From the indoor living space, you exit through large sliding glass doors out to the covered gallery with outdoor dining and living spaces surrounding the pool area. The ample pool overlooks Dawn beach with teak loungers surrounding it on the sun deck. Two steps down from the sun deck will bring you to the covered gazebo with loungers for relaxing in the shade. A staircase from the covered gallery leads down to the water's edge. With gorgeous views and the beach so close, Bell mare is the perfect beachfront villa at the right price for your holiday.

Perfect beach villa!!
Bell'Mare was a slice of heaven! The villa is located in a quiet, secure community with great beach access and nearby hotel amenities. The three separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms made it the perfect girls getaway. We didn't do much cooking but found all the standard equipment we needed. The washer and dryer came in handy, but be sure to bring your own detergent (and shampoo and conditioner). The villa is a bit far (25 minutes max) from the island hubs of activity so you will definitely need a car. There is parking for just one car on the property. But the peaceful, quiet location more than made up for the distance from the busy, crowded areas! The only recommendation we had after a week-long stay would be to provide a few more pillows, there was just one pillow per person. Overall our stay at Bell'Mare was near perfect and we can't wait to go back!

Great Location! Great Views!
The Bell Mare Villa is located on the eastern shore and has wonderful ocean views. The villa has direct access to the beach and always has a breeze blowing. The splash pool is a great way to relax after a day at the beach. Each level has it's own master bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to the outside. The kitchen has good appliances, gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. The villa provides towels and beach towels for your use. The housekeeper comes and refreshes them twice a week. This villa is perfect for couples and families.

Wonderful Sea Breeze esape
We were met at the car rental place by Alice. She was so warm and welcoming. She escorted us to the house and took her time to get us oriented and answer any of our questions. The maintenance man Paul as well as Tim our Concierge were very responsive to any of our concerns, however small :). The house itself was wonderful. The expansive deck overlooking Dawn Beach was my spot to go and just listen to the waves and enjoy the view. The constant breeze was wonderful to help cool the home. The house has all amenities you need for your stay. The pre-ordered groceries was waiting for us when we arrived along with a welcome basket that was a nice touch. Only complaint would be that time went by way to fast....
