From its privileged elevated site on a promontory above Baie Rouge in Terres Basses, Le Caprice enjoys not only extraordinary 270-degree views but also has direct access to the beach below via its own private garden pathway.

This seven bedroom, 7.5 bath villa has recently been completely remodeled and combines traditional French Caribbean architecture on the outside with the comfort and convenience of modern interiors. Each bedroom has air-conditioning, ceiling fans, TVs, and en-suite baths with luxurious rain showers and designer fittings.

The master suite is situated in a cottage completely separate from the main house surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and has a large private seafront terrace equipped with a hot tub, outside shower, and swing seat. The bedroom’s en-suite bath has double vanities and a large, open rain shower and separate his and her toilets and bidets. There is a large walk-in closet and the bedroom opens out to the terrace via large glass sliding doors.
