The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US$160 (plus a 15% service charge). Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate of 50% (plus a 15% service charge). Guests can also pay per day, US$32 (plus a 15% service charge),for guests ages 16 and older who stay for one to four days. This can be either prepaid or upon arrival at the Club.
For children 12 years of age and younger, our Temporary Memberships are complimentary.
Offering what is undoubtedly the most magnificent ocean view in Tryall from a commanding position atop Garden Hill; Quinntessential is one of the finest private homes in Jamaica where meticulous attention to detail and designers flourish, resulting in the epitome of sophisticated living without compromise.
The handsome white facade with its light-reflecting glass is a magical combination of contemporary design and the principles of 18th-century Georgian symmetrical alignment. It is rare for an architect to accomplish this with such aplomb and the effect is breathtaking. The imposing front door with its graceful fanlight, based upon that at the Tryall Great House, opens into a perfectly square panelled entrance hall. Looking down through the reception room and to the veranda beyond, the magnificent infinity edge pool is in direct alignment with the front door and the elevation gives the impression that the ocean is flowing into the pool.
Inside or outside, elegant living spaces furnished in crisp white with accents of blues instill relaxation; dine outside on the covered veranda or inside at the elegant round Georgian dining table. But of course, the pool terrace is the magnetic draw with the heated saltwater infinity pool and integrated hot tub. As the evening air cools, enjoy drinks from the bar at the fire pit or adjourn to the pub below the pool with its adjacent putting green.
Ten guests are accommodated in five bedrooms. The magnificent master suite in the main house comprises a private sitting room, bedroom, and terrace with an infinity edge plunge pool. In the adjacent cottage which is a mere four or five steps from the house are three bedrooms, two on the upper level and one downstairs with an adjacent sitting room or snug. The fifth bedroom is privately located adjacent to the pool. All bedrooms face the fabulous ocean panorama; four have king beds and one twin beds, which combine to form a king. The exquisite bathrooms are fitted with waterworks throughout; two have a tub as well as a walk-in shower, and the remaining three have showers. Anticipate individuality in each bedroom with bespoke furniture custom-made for each room.

Imagine 2,200 acres of bewitching natural beauty where rolling hills and valleys tumble down to one and a half miles of private shoreline. Shopping at The Tryall Club is more than just buying things you need. It is part of our way of life and the experience that we offer. The Tryall Boutique which is located beside the entrance to the Great House carries a range of classic resort wear and accessories for adults and children as well as Cuban cigars, books and interesting souvenir items.
Down at the beach in the round hut is Sin Ting Beachy where all manner of beach-related merchandise is available including sun screen, beach toys for children and ice creams.
At the Tryall Market you can browse and purchase from an extensive collection of food as well as wines and spirits. Much of the produce is locally grown with an emphasis on organic producers and there are many specialist items that are normally hard to find. Upon check-in you can open an account and charge food items to your villa, paying on departure.
Located adjacent to the tennis courts, the Tennis Pro Shop offers an international range of white tennis wear and at the entrance to the golf course, the Golf Pro Shop offers an exceptional selection of clothing and golf accessories.
At the beach and close to the historic waterwheel, our craft vendors exhibit their talented wares. Ranging from sculptures, carvings to paintings, they are the perfect memento of your stay in Jamaica or as a gift to take home.
Throughout the year we host art exhibitions at the Great House showcasing the work of renowned as well as up and coming Jamaican artists. These works are all available to purchase and shipping can be arranged to entertain the children and all you need to consider if whether to bask languidly in the private swimming pool, take an active tennis lesson, join your husband for a round of golf, skim the waves on a Hobie Cat, gather your thoughts on an early morning jog around our blissfully quiet estate, explore a nature trail or simply do nothing at all. This is the Tryall Club, home to an informally luxurious wellness lifestyle that is as unique as it is different and one where classical, warm Jamaican hospitality prevails.

• Relaxed and informal and located right beside the sea, the Beach Restaurant & Bar is a delightful lunch and dinner venue offering a choice of indoor or outdoor seating.
ACTIVITIES
GOLF | Golf is as much a part of The Tryall Club as the magnificent villas and the ocean views. The course is integral to the Club's fabric, twisting and winding through the estate as it makes it way down to the coastline. Rated as one of the Caribbean's finest, our course is both challenging and beautiful with a fascinating heritage. The Tryall Invitational Pro Am is played in January.
TENNIS | Tennis is a way of life at The Tryall Club and has been since we opened in 1959. With facilities that are ranked among the finest in the Caribbean, there are nine courts, 24 pros, hitting partners and ball boys in season as well as exceptional training facilities and a reputation that draws world champions as well as world championships. The Tennis Pro Shop is located opposite the tennis courts and also accommodates the gymnasium. It is also the reception area for those guests who have reserved a court for play. The shop is open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM in the winter and from 7 AM to 6 PM in the summer.
KID'S CLUB
Located next to the Tennis Pro Shop, the Kid’s Club welcomes children from the ages of five and twelve years to be part of the Kid’s Club Programme. Selected activities are also available to toddlers who are accompanied by babysitters.
The Kid's Club programmes are available from 10 AM from Monday to Saturday with a break for lunch from 12 PM to 1 PM. During the period 1 May to 1 November, the Kid's Club is open from 10 AM until 5 PM from Monday to Friday.
The numerous activities available include beach games, arts and crafts, face painting, scavenger hunt, sand castle competitions and the art of tie-dye. Nature walks introduce children to the many birds in the vicinity along with other wildlife in its natural habitat.
During peak weeks such as President's Week, Spring Break, Thanksgiving and Christmas, New Year a comprehensive programme of activities is available - details of which are sent to guests well in advance.
